KIRKWOOD
Considered individually.
Kirkwood is farther from our normal route, and winter access can be more difficult. We consider those homes individually based on location, access, and the level of service involved.
We would rather be careful about what we promise than pretend every property is equally easy to reach.
WHY THE BOUNDARY EXISTS
We would rather serve fewer homes well than cover the entire Tahoe basin.
Have a home near the edge of the area? Call us anyway. Some properties are a good fit depending on where they are and what you need.
